All of our schools are expected to follow the standard form employment templates as issued by the Catholic Education Service. The latest versions of the documentation can be accessed via the links below.

Additionally, advice on any immediate matters related to employment and recruitment legislation will be issued to schools via Perspective.
 
Application Forms
The links below include the latest application forms for the different types of posts in Catholic schools as well as forms which supplement the application forms. The Notes to Applicants should be used by applicants to assist in completion of the application forms and supplementary forms. Applicants are reminded to use the Additional Pages at the back of the application forms where extra space is required to complete their answers.

Template Contracts
Follow the link below to access the latest Catholic Education Service template contracts of employment.  This includes a ‘frequently asked questions’ document and a contract generator.  This tool gives schools the opportunity to provide details which automatically populate a PDF version of a standard CES contract of employment. This allows schools to quickly and easily generate contracts of employment for their staff safe in the knowledge that, provided the questionnaire is completed correctly, all contractual clauses relevant to the role will be incorporated and the contract will be specific to the school and the employee.
